The Roots, Rides & Rhythm Heritage Festival offers designated on-site parking at the Fairview Sport Centre for all patrons.

Guarded Parking: For your peace of mind, the parking area will be monitored by dedicated security personnel and car guards throughout the duration of the event (09h00 – Midnight).

Parking at Own Risk: While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, please note that parking is strictly at your own risk. The event organisers, sponsors, venue management, and security contractors accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property brought into the parking area.

Tips for a safe event:

• Please lock your vehicle and ensure all windows are fully closed.Keep all valuables, bags, and personal items completely out of sight before arriving at the venue.Kindly follow the directions of our parking marshals and security team upon arrival to ensure a smooth flow of traffic.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all festival-goers, the following items are strictly prohibited inside the Fairview Sport Centre venue:

• Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, and sharp objectsIllegal substances, drugs, and drug paraphernaliaOutside alcohol and beverages (a fully stocked bar is available on-site)Outside food, except for specific entries in the official Potjiekos CompetitionGlass containers, bottles, or cupsFireworks, flares, explosives, or flammable materialsDrones, or unauthorised professional recording equipmentAny items deemed dangerous or disruptive by event management or security

All patrons are subject to search upon entry. Refusal to cooperate with security will result in denied entry without a refund. Event organisers reserve the right to confiscation and eviction. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our heritage celebration safe for the whole family.
