By entering the venue, you agree and consent to Hausphere Afrika capturing all forms of digital imagery, photography, video clips, and all other types of media while you are present at the event.
Event Rules & Entry Requirements
Right of admission is strictly reserved.
No under 18s. A valid government-issued ID (ID, passport, or driver’s licence) is required for entry — no copies or photos will be accepted.
Entry will not be permitted after gate closing times.
No outside food, drinks, or liquids are allowed
Prohibited items include: weapons, illegal substances, glass bottles, fireworks, drones, animals, hookahs/shishas, braais or skottels, plastic straws or cups, and cooler boxes.
This is a cashless event — all major debit, credit, and cheque cards are accepted.
Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Discrimination, hate speech, intimidation, or aggressive conduct toward staff, performers, vendors, or fellow guests will result in immediate removal from the event.
Wristbands must remain intact throughout the event. Damaged bands will only be replaced if the original band, valid ID, and ticket are presented.
No professional photography or video equipment is permitted unless pre-approved via media accreditation.
This is an all-weather event. Please dress appropriately and be prepared for changing conditions. In the unlikely event of severe weather that poses a safety risk, Hausphere Afrika reserves the right to pause, postpone, or cancel portions of the event. Updates will be communicated via official channels.
