Rosemary Hill has become well known for its seasonal fairs — from our Harvest Festival and Winter Festivals to our Spring Fair. Now, we’re bringing a little festive magic to the farm with our first-ever Christmas Fair.
Step into a nostalgic countryside celebration.
Wander through more than 100 beautifully curated market stalls, discover handcrafted gifts and indulge in festive food and seasonal treats.
With live music, roaming performers, Christmas-themed workshops, a kiddies’ area, pony rides, tractor rides, a wine bar and beer garden, there will be something for every generation to enjoy.
As evening falls and the twinkling lights come on, gather beneath the open sky for a heartwarming Carols by Candlelight celebration.
Whether you’re searching for the perfect gift, making memories with loved ones or simply soaking up the joy of the season, The Christmas Fair is a place to slow down, embrace the nostalgia and experience Christmas the way you remember it.

The Christmas Fair is a family-friendly event and is open to visitors of all ages. Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
Designated event parking will be available at Rosemary Hill.
Guests must follow the directions of parking attendants and security personnel and may park only in designated areas.
Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk, and Rosemary Hill cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to vehicles or their contents.
Accessible parking will be available for guests with limited mobility, subject to availability.
No outside food or beverages may be brought into the event. A wide selection of food and drinks will be available to purchase from vendors and designated event outlets.
The Christmas Fair has a strict no-drugs policy. Illegal substances, weapons and any items considered dangerous or disruptive are prohibited.
Guests are expected to follow all event rules and the reasonable instructions of event staff and security personnel. Rosemary Hill reserves the right of admission, and security may refuse entry to or remove any person who:
1) Brings prohibited items onto the premises;
2) Is in possession of or appears to be under the influence of illegal substances;
3) Behaves in a threatening, disorderly or disruptive manner;
4) Endangers other guests, vendors, staff or property; or
5) Refuses to comply with event guidelines or reasonable instructions.
Guests who are refused entry or removed for violating these policies will not be entitled to a ticket refund.
