Age Requirement

No age restriction applies to ColourFest 2026. The event is open to attendees of all ages. Minors remain the responsibility of their parent or legal guardian at all times. Alcohol will only be sold or served to persons 18 years and older, and valid identification may be requested.


Parking

Parking will be available at or around the event venue; however, all vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's own risk. Pretoria Pride, ColourFest 2026, R&R Junction, event organisers, staff and service providers will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage or incident involving vehicles or belongings left inside vehicles, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Attendees are encouraged to ensure that vehicles are properly locked and that valuables are not left visible.


Prohibited Items

For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited at ColourFest 2026:

  • Firearms, knives, weapons or dangerous objectsIllegal drugs or substancesFireworks, explosives or flammable devicesOutside alcohol or alcoholic beveragesGlass bottles or glass containersAny item intended to cause harm or disruptionUnauthorised promotional, advertising or vending materialsAny other item deemed unsafe or inappropriate by event management or security

All attendees and belongings may be subject to reasonable security screening upon entry. Event management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person found in possession of a prohibited item.


Tickets & Entry

A valid ColourFest 2026 ticket must be presented at the entrance for scanning before access will be granted.

Each ticket may only be scanned once. Duplicate, copied, altered or fraudulent tickets will not be accepted.

Ticket holders are responsible for ensuring that the contact information provided when purchasing their ticket is correct.

Pretoria Pride, R&R Junction and event management reserve the right of admission reserved.


Tickets Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable, except where the event is officially cancelled and a refund is required in accordance with applicable South African consumer legislation.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Failure to attend the event.Arriving late.Being refused entry due to inappropriate behaviour or failure to comply with event rules.Changes in personal circumstances.Changes to the artist, performer or entertainment line-up.Inclement weather where the event continues as scheduled.

Booking and transaction fees charged by third-party ticketing providers may be non-refundable.


Event Postponement or Cancellation

Should ColourFest 2026 need to be postponed, tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise communicated.

Should the event be cancelled entirely, ticket holders will receive further communication regarding the applicable refund process.

Pretoria Pride reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, entertainment schedule, operating hours or event layout where required for operational, safety or logistical reasons.


Artist & Entertainment Line-Up

All advertised artists, performers and entertainment are subject to change.

A change, cancellation or replacement of an individual performer does not constitute cancellation of the event and will not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
