1. AGE RESTRICTION
This is a STRICTLY 18 YEARS AND OLDER event. No exceptions.
No children, babies, or persons under 18 will be admitted to the venue.
No infants, toddlers, or minors allowed even with parent or guardian.
2. ID REQUIREMENT
Valid South African ID book, Smart ID card, driver’s license, or passport with date of birth is MANDATORY.
All guests must show original ID at gate. Copies, photos, or screenshots of ID will NOT be accepted.
If your ID does not clearly show your date of birth and photo, entry will be refused.
3. NO ID, NO ENTRY
If you cannot prove you are 18 or older, you will be refused entry.
No refunds will be given if you arrive without valid ID or if you are under 18.
Ticket purchase does not guarantee entry if age cannot be verified.
4. REASON FOR POLICY
HARC30 Concert is a licensed alcohol event. Bundu Inn Lodge liquor license requires 18+ only.

5. ENFORCEMENT

7. REFUNDS
Tickets bought for persons under 18 are non-refundable.

This policy governs all vehicle access, parking, and traffic flow for the HARC30 Concert at Bundu Inn Lodge. It ensures safety, order, and efficient use of limited parking space while protecting guests, artists, crew, and property.
2. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
2.1 Parking at Bundu Inn Lodge is limited. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.2 Tsalanang Secure Solutions reserve the right to refuse entry to any vehicle not complying with this policy.
2.3 All vehicles enter at owner’s risk. TSS and Bundu Inn accept no liability for loss, damage, or theft.
2.4 Security, traffic marshals, and venue staff instructions must be obeyed at all times. Non-compliance will result in removal.
3. PARKING CATEGORIES
VIP/ARTIST PARKING: Reserved and secure. Valid VIP/Artist pass plus ID required. Pre-registered vehicle plates only.
SPONSOR PARKING: Reserved. Valid Sponsor pass must be displayed on windscreen.
GENERAL PARKING: Public parking. Valid event ticket required. R30 per vehicle payable at gate.
STAFF/CREW PARKING: Operational parking only. Staff pass and vehicle registration on file required.
DISABLED PARKING: Priority access. Valid disabled disc plus ticket required. Limited bays available.
VENDOR PARKING: Load and unload only. Vendor pass and time slot required. Maximum 2 hours. No overnight parking.
4. FEES AND TICKETING
4.1 General parking is R30 per vehicle, cash or card at gate. No pre-booking available.
4.2 VIP parking is included in VIP ticket price. Limited to 40 vehicles. Pre-registration is mandatory.
4.3 No ticket and no ID means no entry. eTickets must be shown with ID at parking gate.
4.4 No overnight parking unless pre-approved for crew. All vehicles must exit by 02:00.
5. SAFETY AND SECURITY RULES
5.1 All vehicles are subject to search at entry for safety reasons.
5.2 Speed limit is 10km/h across the entire venue. Respect pedestrians at all times.
5.3 No hooting, revving engines, loud music, or reckless driving. Instant removal will be enforced.
5.4 Park only in marked bays. Double parking or blocking access will result in towing at owner’s cost.
5.5 No sleeping in vehicles, camping, or braaiing in parking areas.
5.6 Do not leave valuables in your vehicle. TSS and Bundu Inn Lodge are not liable for break-ins.
6. TRAFFIC FLOW
6.1 Entry gates open at. Early arrival is advised. Gate will close when parking is full.
6.2 One-way traffic system will be enforced by marshals. Follow all signage.
6.3 After the main act, exit will be staggered. VIP and Artists exit first, then General. Expect 30 to 45 minute delays.
6.4 No U-turns are permitted on Bundu Inn access road. Use designated turnaround points only.
7. ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORT
7.1 Ride-share services like Uber and Bolt must use the dedicated drop-off and pick-up zone at the main gate only.
7.2 Public transport options are limited. Guests are encouraged to carpool.
7.3 A designated driver program is encouraged. Do not drink and drive.
8. ENFORCEMENT
8.1 Traffic marshals and security have authority to direct, re-park, or remove vehicles.
8.2 Vehicles causing obstruction or safety hazards will be clamped or towed at owner’s cost and risk.
